Title: Brassard or Meltzer
Post by: cassie09 on September 18, 2012, 06:36:21 PM
I am currently going through CAMH assessment for government paid SRS in Canada. I recently learned I am no longer limited to Dr. Brassard in Montreal and if i wish could in fact have it elsewhere. Ive been considering Dr. Meltzer.

I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts were on the matter. I've heard good things and bad things about both. As a young transitioner, i intend to at some point use my new vagina in intimate situations. For that reason I am leaning more towards Meltzer as I heard he provides better aesthetics and depth than Brassard.

Well, I don't know anything about Melzer, but I'm posting this from my bed at the Brassard recovery residence, and I have high praise for him and his team. My surgery was excellent, the aftercare superb, and while I won't see the final aesthetic result for a few months, I'm sure it will be great, and I have depth to spare. In fact, a couple of people have told me that even tho they didn't have a lot of material, Dr. Brassard was able to give them adequate depth without an external graft. I'm 56, but I DEFINITELY plan to use my new bits in intimate situations.

Brassard. Hands down. No contest.

I don't even think Meltzer should even be compared to the artistic talent of Brassard.
