Did anyone have unusual changes in blood pressure with HRT?

Blood pressure was perfect before, perfect after. Heart rate is a tad high, but it's always been high.

All bloodwork is perfect.

Spironolactone has in some cases lowered by blood pressure this is usually a negative side effect however when I've been eating too much potassium as in my blood pressure falls through the floor and my heart rate slows down considerably.

Elevated BP is a possible side effect. If your E level is way high you can also get high BP. Mine spiked one time when my E did. I tend to check mine fairly often and only 1 thing changed. Cutting back on teh E and BP returned to normal as well as a few other minor side effects.

As with most things, YMMV. For some any E it seems can send BP through the roof. BP machines are cheap insurance.
