today before life drawing (drawing naked people) i showed my friend a video of my brother doing a flip into the pool in a bathing suit and no shirt. i said "check out this flip" she watched it then asked "was that you?" i replied "nope thats my brother" but it made me really happy that anyone would think that a shirtless well muscled guy could be me. btw she knows a bit about my past she knew me pre transition but i never came out to her she met me as female when i was younger then met me as male years later then the two were integrated in her mind when she realized she used to know me. so this stuff makes me happy. what makes you guys happy?
Lots of things make me happy ;D but last week on the city bus I got off to pick my son off from school and the bus driver said have a good day young man instead of miss like he said to the girl who got off at the stop before me , than later I got the same driver but with my son and he said sir realizing that I was older now but still seeing me as male hells yeah. Sorry i am happy cause i usually get seen as much younger.
Nice ;)
What makes me happy lately is my close friends knowing my actual gender is male and accepting that 100%.
I came out to my flatmate last month. We live together for a year and 'til now she didn't know I was trans. She handled it very cool and hugged me. She said she's gonna be by my side no matter what happens. I had doubts and even thought she will turn me into the streets to find another flat. Her reaction made me really happy.
What makes me happy is when I'm speaking on an LGBT panel at my school (I live in Kansas so people are a little...erm..clueless sometimes) and people actually ASK ME QUESTIONS and seem genuinely interested in what my experiences are.
When I came out to pretty much the only person that I'm out to in real life, and although they don't really know how serious I was, told me that I would make a damn good bloke.

It's awesome, gets rid of any worries that I might just be imagining it all. The person I told is about thirty years older than me and was very very drunk at the time, it was New Years Eve and as 2012 began he was shouting at me telling me that I was a "bloody idiot" because I'm not planning to go to university :P Was quite an interesting night lol.
