Most of us are imports, just some have been here longer than others - as far as I'm concerned you qualify as an Aussie.
Many of us here.
I'm in Sydneys East.

I live in Oz. We live on the top. Our maps show us on the top and those in the northern hemisphere down under
I'm here, I think.
Which way is North in Australia?

When I was little I was terrified of going there :3 Ever since I watched that documentary on giant freaky poisonous spiders that can swim in your pools. >.< lulz
Still am sort of. :P
We are blessed with the "freaky everything you really don't want to meet in your life stuff" but that is just our politicians. The creatures are OK and we are not knee deep in them, no matter what the documentaries say.
The only really scary creatures, besides politicians are Tasmanians and we have made a moat to protect us from them
And of course the brain sucking koala vampire bears, that live in most tourist areas.
I must buy some body armour.

We also have lots of deadly snake, killer jellyfish, poisonous octopus, Man, women, and child eating crocodiles, large quantities of hungry sharks, drop bears, bunyips, but the worst are the hoop snakes.
Besides this we also have mutant Kangaroos and crazy emus.
I was lucky today I managed to survive. Perhaps tomorrow I wont be so lucky...

Ah you wore your armour plated knickers!
Deadliest of all is The Croweater!
I didn't have to have the second head removed as I wasn't actually born in Tasmania. ;D
Now that we Tasmanians represent the most progressive state in the country, I think it's time you all dusted off your Queenslander jokes. ;)
