Title: Loss of Testicles prevent loss of feminization obtained from HRT?
Post by: Phoenix712 on October 13, 2012, 04:59:36 AM
Hey everyone.

I'm new to this board and was wondering if after SRS how important is it to continue with HRT? I.e wouldn't your now feminine features be safe from reversal back to masculinity since you don't have testosterone to combat anymore?

It's necessary to continue on a low dose of estrogen after SRS, to prevent osteoporosis and suchlike.

This and there will always be some testosterone as made by the adrenals, which is necessary for some things.
