I have been taking Spiro since September 1, Avodart for around eight months, and Propecia for years. I am 25. The bad acne on my back has greatly improved (it's weird, but I have no acne on my face at all. It's confined to my back for which I am very grateful although I do wish my back weren't such a mess.) I am really impressed by how much my body hair has decreased on my back. I wasn't naturally hairy to start, but I didn't shave off my hair at all in the pictures you see.
Can I expect any further improvement? I am not transgender. I only mention this because I am quite worried about developing breasts. Do you think I have developed any gynecomastia yet? Is it possible that I will get it later?

developing no acne I can see, but why not take Accutane and keep your T levels regular?
Accutane has a lot of side effects and I don't have acne on my face at all, so it doesn't seem like a good option.
I greatly enjoy the decreased libido as well. I was always too horny, looking at porn and jerking off. I am much more in control of my sexual drive now.
