Title: This is a bit weird!
Post by: spacial on October 28, 2012, 06:59:26 AM
Bit bored these days, so decided to have a nose around Twitter.

Said once I'd never join that but couldn't see any way to lurk otherwise. I had to log in so decided to join.

It was actually another thread where someone called Rosane Barr posted a Titter message that was frankly, just silly, in connection with her seeking some political office or other. Sure Americans will know what all that means.

It seems I have a Twitter account and have done since August 2009. Two tweets, seemingly from me,

QuoteBeen playing online computer game. But thinking of going to be now.

just have to check if the game is doing what it's suppose to

Not sure what either mean but more importantly, who set up this account. All I can think of it must have been some auto thing when I was making another enquiry about something or other.

Don't think it could have been a mysterious person, firstly because they would surely have written more, but also, they used the same log in details I tend to use for all my online forums.

Does anyone here use Twitter? Is it any good? Should I post my Twitter name for others here? I'd hate to be the only one turning up to a party!

This is everything that comes to my mind when I think of Twitter:

Funny Apple.

I'm still trying to figure out how it works. I just discovered I've been spammed. But still not certain how I can access various discussions.

Before it was widespread it allowed for free SMS of the tweets to a circle of friends, but that went away as it evolved. At this moment I don't understand how it works anymore.
