I don't have direct experience with either Dr. Saran or Chettawut. (I had mine done with Dr. Greechart at Yanhee) Just to let you know that all these surgeon including Dr. Suporn were the students of Dr. Preecha (founder of PAI) at Chulalongkorn University Medical School which rank no.1 in Thailand. Once they learned from him, each one developed their own unique technique and became successful by word of mouth and by their own marketing. But I believe the basic structure of the neo-vagina is probably the same with every surgeons.
I don't think you can go wrong with either surgeons but I'd rather just let the girls who have direct experience chime in. Just to remind you this is probably one of the biggest surgery you'll have in your life, research as much as you can and make an informed decision and I'm sure you'll be fine. I am as well interested to know, as my time of completeness shall be only an SRS away. As I have approached FFS, I would research surgeons as though I was appointing them "Leaders of Free World" lol, and so I will be listening closely for more info.
