Maybe after 5 years of HRT and $60,000 of FFS, SRS, and BA. Even then it would be a huge stretch, but I would settle for a fairly attractive transgender activist.
This old girl is as follows (after 5 months HRT)
39" chest, 42-1/2" bust, B+,ish from AAA 5 months ago (Thanks Mom;-))
33 waist
41 hips
size 11 womens shoes, sigh
and I'm too am between 5'10" and 5'11"
160 ish, size 12-14 but aiming for size 8-10.
That down from 220 five months ago.

Beats me. I haven't measured myself in umpteen years.
84 - 60 - 89 bust, waist and hips. Looking forward to be
91 - 60 - 89 after my BA next September. ;)
I really think measurement aren't important as long as your happy with your body and you take care of it.

Beni, Please share. Currently I can gain weight from eating a tea leaf.

You know, you are not supposed to eat the tea leaf. The normal way to enjoy tea is to put a couple of leaves in some hot water for a few minutes, then throw away the leaves and drink the water. >:D

Um, if that avatar is you dear and you haven't started HRT, then you aren't going to need any FFS. Also if you are 18 and start HRT soon, I'd expect some good results. :)

If that avatar was me, I would never walk away from the mirror. She's just one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen. I don't know where the photo came from though. I also don't make any claims to share in any likeness of the girl, I do not claim to be to girl, and if the girl was to ever confront me about using her picture I would be glad to take it down. That's just my disclaimer I use everytime someone thinks me avatars are me.
And yes I am 18, and I do hope for good results, if not brillant results. I haven't had any consultations with a FFS doctor, but I do believe I have the potential for very good results. I will post some photos of my face later.

Are there any transexuals that beautiful that you've seen? I've seen attractive transexuals, but never anything in that spectrum. Then again that girl is in a realm of her own, she walks circles around any female celeb.
In theory, it should be possible for a transexual with a highly feminine face to achieve that kind of beauty with FFS.
Oh goodie! I've been dying to give my measurements!
Oh.....nasty typos! I meant I'd die if I gave out my measurements.
QuoteAre there any transexuals that beautiful that you've seen?
Yes. None I know personally, but with the wonders of FFS and the likes... It is easier than ever to have the exact kind of beauty you want, provided you've got the right surgeon, and don't overdo it.
Um, measurements. I don't know what mine are, but I'm pretty disproportionate.
And a 10 on one woman can look hideous on another, so it shouldn't be any kind of biggie. It's what looks good on you, not what looks good on someone with a completely different body shape.

There are a few ladies that have posted their picture on this forum that are beautiful enough to be models. I am not sure of they had FRS.
By the way if you love someone their imperfections seem to go away and they become perfect!

Ick. Found a tape measure. OK...
38 over beasts, 33 just under. Guess that makes me between AA and B. Odd, as the measurements haven't moved much in months, and yet they're MUCH bigger than they were.
33 smallest part of waist.
40 widest part of hips.
6.25" wrists.
11 women's feet.
10" longest parts of hair.
165 lbs.
6'2".
42 years old.
Almost 9 months HRT.
I've been reduced to a mathematical equation! Neat!
~Kate~
I'm 5'8" almost and my weight is 158 lbs. I wear woman's size 10 1/2 shoes.
Colthing size is 10 to 12 and I'm not telling you anymore.

Actually I don't have a tape measure near my computer.

Not possible unless a girl started her transition during her adolescence and then had FFS on top of that. FFS improves a male face to a more feminine proportion and appearance but it doesn't do miracles. I know many pretty transsexual girls but they're far from being "beautiful". I know I'm attractive but I could never be so naive as to call myself beautiful in the sense you're talking about and having the girl from your avatar as an example. My feet have always been on the ground and not somewhere in a non-existent dimension. :)

My skin is finally tightening around my jaw where I had my last surgery in December. I had a passport photo taken Thursday that really shocked me. My counselor says I look like Lana Turner in the shot. I think I look like an older Sandra Dee. :)
Anyway, beauty, as everything else, is relative. I know I look better now than 90% of the women my age and that's (almost) good enough for me. I am going to shed another 30 pounds, I believe that will help get rid of the fat in my neck and give me a more attrractive facial structure. It seems to have already done so to a degree. That's the good thing about bone work.
I will always wonder though what I would have looked like had I been able to transition as a teen. Oh well.
I will give my measurements when I get back form Thailand.

Yeah, it's hillarious. It helps some of us that weigh a bit more feel better as in things could be worse. :)
Well, here's my measurements from what I remember (no tape measure):
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 185 Lbs
Shoe Size (women's): 10
Bra size: 36B
I'm not sure what the waist/hips measurements are. My arms and legs are long though, so I don't look heavy, which is noce. In fact most people guess me to be about 35 pounds lighter than I am--probably because most of it is muscle.
I'm 5 foot 11 1/2 inches, 1.82 meter, 172 pounds, 14% fat,
muscular build. (I look like a pro female tennis player :-).
Bust 39, Waist 29, Hips 39
- Size 8 in pants, skirts, dresses, sleaveless tops and stretchy fabric blouses. If no stretch, silk for example, size 12, because my shoulders are still muscular and pull on the fabric and my bust doesn't fit.
- In coats and blasers, size 10, eventually I think I'll fit in a 8.
- Shoe size: 9.5
- 36C bra size.
Because of my thigh bone, and abdomen size, I doubt I could ever wear under a size 4 pants even If I lost all my ass muscle and fat. Right now, I sometimes fit in a 7 dress and pants.
I also did my antropometric.
These statements are true proportionally and absolutelly.
Neck, longer and thinner than avg for female.
Head larger than m or f average.
Fingers longer than m or f avg, Hands and wrist smaller than f avg.
Legs longer than m and f avg (male trait).
Waist height above ground longer than f avg (female trait)
My shoulders width (biacromial) is smaller than the f avg.
Hip breadth is at female avg.
No wonder I looked as weird as a male ;-)
In all, I wonder if I wasn't female bodied and I did not know it!!!!
Maybe I should get my DNA checked :-).

Governor Arnold's new line of lingerie is very popular. I think it's called Arnold's Just My Size. :D
For me slimness comes from being in shape, not wasting away and having no muscle tone (like many holywood stars on the red carpet have). As for youth, if you keep a certain muscle tone and are not overweight (I'm talking a normal body weight) you'll look younger because most older women don't exercise (My mother and all my aunts are prime examples, they won't exercise to save their lives and wonder why they gain weight even if they don't eat much!!). Now, even younger women eat too much and are less active, the obesity levels have shot way up in the last 25 years and I don't think its healthy or attractive at all.
It seems that people have liberated themselves from all social pressure and that has given them the greenlight to do whatever they want, including letting themselves go. In the suburban US it is particularly acute; suburban life is less public so there's less of a social pressure. I've never seen so many obese people waddling out of their cars as when I worked in Freemont California.

stereotypes exist because they are mostly true. if they didnt contain at least some kernels of truth, they would not exist. they do exist, therefore they must contain truths. have you read any magazines lately? what about television? have you watched any? look around you and tell me what you see. stereotypes are everywhere. ;)

Living in a patriarchal culture, even I feel forced to live up to the image as much as a 59 year old transwoman is able to, why else do you think I had FFS and am having a BA? That said, I don't understand why any woman would want to make fun of women who have difficulty meeting the male fantasy of beauty because they are too fat or too old.
Its not a question of too old or too fat...
Many of my age, 40, look like their 60 in body and spirit because they've seemingly given up (It used to be that only men let themselves go in this way, but now women have joined the club too).
The whole fat is beautiful diatribe grates; a women of normal weight, with curves is not fat and yes, she is beautiful; the many others that are grossly overweight need someone to cut through the bull->-bleeped-<- and tell it like it is: eat less and exercise or you will die younger after a number of chronic ilnesses.

Of course, but I think it works in this direction: my self- esteem is high, I love myself, I think I look great and beautiful. I think the feelings and perceptions of how one looks are driven by how one already feels about oneself; not the other way around where looks are some objective reality that affects one's feelings about oneself.

Right. I would much rather have a body with a bit more fat on it than a completely lean one like I had before transitioning. That's one of those differences between men and women. I have fat in various places and wear a size 12-14, but I'm certainly not obese. In fact looking at myself in a mirror, many times I actually look pretty good.

The only problem is here in Canada I always gain some pounds in the cold winter, but usually I can naturally lose some pounds when summer coming, so mostly I still can keep the similar weight compared to the previous year... I was worried I might gain some weight after the op, cause you wouldn't move that much and might eat more during the recovering period...However, fortunately at least so far I'm controling pretty well... instead of gaining some pounds, I lost quite a few pounds... That's great for the coming summer... ;)
21 y.o., after 1 year of HRT
5'6" tall, 125 lbs
bust ~ 37
waist ~ 27.5
hips ~ 37.5
tops ~ 10
bottoms ~ 8
shoes ~ 9
bra ~ 36AA-ish
I've put on a little weight since starting transition, though I'm wasn't thin and lanky by any means. I had lost a lot of weight during various periods of depression, then consciously kept it off, but my relatively modest weight is mostly because I have very slight muscle mass. I probably should get in shape a teensy bit >.>

Well, I was bulging out of my bra, so I went and got professionally measured and now I wear a properly fitting bra, which is 36C. :icon_joy:
Here's more measurements:
Bust: 41"
Waist: 33.5"
I measured my hips, but I can't remember the number anymore. I think it was about 40". Oh well.

still in male mode. :(
I'm guessing its 5foot 8 not 9 foot 8 ;-).
Still in male mode Lucy, but a 32inch bustline!!
You must have very little muscles!!
Unless your shoulders are very large, you have
very good measures, very similar to those of
many woman of that height who have a boyish frame.
Its an attractive feature if you ask me.
Your waist will go down and nicely define itself I bet :-).
Yes 5 9 im not a giant. :)
i use to work out and am quite toned, not muscular.
If you are toned and have a 32 inch bust,
then you have a very femalish upper body.
Good for you.
I'm similar, very small frame,
but I had much more muscles on it than you.
I had a 37.5 inch bust and 35 inch around the thorax
(now 33 on the thorax, and still an inch of muscles to lose).
My bust is 38.5-39 inch (never seem to get a stable number here),
but its NOT muscles hehe.
The funny thing is that my bra cup keeps going up as I lose muscles,
I started with a 38 band, so I had a 38A first, then for a short while, a 38B (but 38B was by then too loose in the band) so I used a 36C which I'll probably top up by late autumn.
The way its going, I'll end up with a 34DD (hehe). As you go down in muscle bulk and thus band size, the breast looks bigger even if its barely going up in size.
The fun think Lucy is that with a small thorax, even a small amount of breast tissue shows quite a bit and its also more likely that you'll get good cleavage (mine is coming along quite nicely :-).
