I'm not sure about starting T, because I am mostly happy with my body (aside from genitals and such) and I don't want to ruin that. But I need 'downstairs growth' as I've been seeing many people call it. I am planning to get a metoidioplasty at some point, so I feel that having it as big as possible is pretty much needed. At least, to me it is. That's the only change that I consider a 'must-have'. But I also would like it if I did look and sound a little manlier in general.
So, are there any things I can do besides T to get these changes?
1. Pump.
2. DHT cream. (Youtube ''DHT cream ftm'')
And yeah that's all I know ._.
DHT cream is too expensive for me, sorry I lost the website where you could buy it.
but I will invest in a nice pump sometime soon hopefully.
Maybe your doctor could answer this question, although I'd personally be embarrassed to ask :p
I'm very curious as to what other people have to say.

Most surgeons will not give you a meta if you've not been on T at least two years. I second Jayr's suggestion of DHT cream and pumping.
Google it. THe other thing there is a guy on youtube who does the DHT. You might find him if you try a search. l dont' think that they make it in the US anymore. Not sure why. I couldn't really find much about dangers of it, but I am guessing there are some. It is legal in western Europe, so go figure. You would have to pay the shipping and it is a lot of money because it is coming from something like Belgium.

I thought you couldn't get DHT cream in the U.S.? I don't know if you're in the U.S. but I'm pretty sure it's a bit of a problem getting it here. I know there's one main website that comes up if you google it, but I think there's some issue with shipping to the U.S. or you have to have a doctor's prescription or something like that. I've looked into it before and I just hit too many roadblocks so I gave up on it.
I've seen a lot of people mention hair loss as a side effect for DHT as well. And I'm not sure if hair grows back once you stop taking it. From what I can tell just by looking around the web is that it supposedly does work for size increase. But I've run across stuff like this http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3935902?dopt=Citation (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3935902?dopt=Citation) that seems to indicate that it's relatively safe to use (of course that study the reference was done on elderly males, but actually elderly males can have T levels as low as females).
As far as I can tell (through personal research of course) is that pumping won't increase the size enough for meta surgery. In fact, I'm on the fence as to whether pumping will provide any long term increase in size. It may stretch the skin over time but there's nothing under the skin that stays larger after the effect of the pumping wears off.
There's a whole ton of "testosterone boosters" that are marketed to body builders and athletes. I bookmarked (or I thought I did) a couple to take a closer look at but now I can't find them. But they're all formulated of course for bio male bodies and T levels. There's also ones that are designed to reduce estrogen from boosting T. Still marketed to bio guys so unknown what the results would be if you were to take any of those. However, I could find nothing that Tribulus (the main ingredient in most of the supplements) did anything to increase downstairs growth. I have heard of guys taking that in conjunction with other things like DHEA but the only effects they seemed to get were very mild (slightly more hair, slightly easier to build muscle) and there are other side effects to supplements like that so it may not be worth it.
So all in all the DHT cream may work (and the side effect may be hair loss), but if you're in the U.S. it's hard to get as far as I can tell.
There's an online site. I think the shipping is astronomical-- but mostly due to the fact that there is a minimum shipping charge or something. DHT is what is associated with hair loss as in that's that substance blocked by the drugs that help prevent baldness. Whether taking a cream applied to your junk is going to do that, well who knows. I'm sure some is absorbed all over.
I'm not sure re: pumping either, maybe you are stretching something something like pulling on an ear lobe. Be careful though as your junk is more sensitive.
