Okay so I don't know if this has been posted before but I'm kinda freaking out so I didn't look(sorry). I've been on T for well it will be 6 months on the 27th. I stopped bleeding after my 2nd month so I haven't bled for about 4 months. I just randomly started today and it's really light bit god is it painful and I can't get ahold of my doctor and I'm not sure what to do but I don't know I'm really panicking. I mean is this okay? Should I go to the ER? I'm afraid to go to the hospital since I have PTSD and I know I can't handle gyno stuff not to mention my bits can't handle that much poking at :/.
My periods went away for several months and then they came back. It was pretty painful, physically and emotionally. 6 months is generally the cut off point for when your periods should stop. I don't think the ER is necessary, as this very likely isn't urgent unless you are having a fever or very severe pain. But I would recommend seeing your doctor is that is possible. It will keep your health in check just in case, and it is a heck of a lot less stressful than an ER visit.
Thanks that's actually a relief. I was planning on making an appointment but I wanted to see if anyone else had experience just in case it was something I shouldn't wait a day or two for.
I am at 5 months (will be 6 at the start of the next month) and I am having the same problem they got lighter but never really stopped. I really need a hysto.
min first stopped after 8 months.
have you been stressed, taking pills, changed diet or anything laterly?
I got a very small bleeding for a month ago my doctor said it was because I had been ill and for a time, had been taking alot of pills which probably could had made a bit fuss with my body as well as my homones.
Actually, yeah I've been really stressed and dealing with a bunch of emotional garbage for the past month. Also I have just switched to a different medication a few days ago and yesterday was the first day I had to start taking it twice a day. Which is when I first started feeling sick. I assumed it was just coincidence since it's an antidepressant type thing.

well.. seams you got your answer.
Just get your levels checked. It's obviously worth getting it checked up on, but don't freak out about it.
