There are a couple things I'd like done before a major FFS...specifically I want my eyelids fixed (they're hooded now), a nose job (first op), and once I lose my wattle and if I need it, a trach shave.
So the question: Given that most of plastic surgery horror stories (think Michael Jackson) are from having multiple surgeries on the same part or area, do you think I could get these 3 ops and still, if needed, get a more extensive FFS without undue risk of looking like I had too much done?

Though you can certainly do FFS piecemeal I wouldn't recommend it if for no other reason than its painful, expensive and the recovery is time consuming
michael jackson looked like that because he has like over ten nosejobs , plenty of people have 3 or 4 nosejobs and dont look anything like that
