Title: Very cool therapy appt.
Post by: aleon515 on November 22, 2012, 02:31:34 AM
Today I saw my GT. We spent about half the session talking about T. He asked me re: my concerns which appear to be social (fitting in with males and that sort of thing). He is trans, and he ended up stepping out of his therapist suit and telling me about his first session with an endo and his concerns at the time. He has only done this once before, so it was very cool.

I feel this has been very fast for me, and he made the comment that I had done my homework and I was, after all, basically thinking about this all the time. (How true that is!)

I don't really need a letter but it was still nice getting this kind of confirmation or whatever.

Speaking of cool therapist appointments, I went to see a therapist for the first time a couple of weeks ago and his name was KEN MASTERS.

You know, like, he's going to shoryuken my problems.

I thought that was pretty awesome.

My therapist would always bring her dog to my appointments and he'd keep my lap warm :D

Very cool!  All therapists should be like yours.

I hear the danged stories of guys who have these nasty therapists who play all these mind-f games and I think I want to clone him.

BTW, I have taken my dog to a few sessions. She is a little too hyper for the quiet sitting on the lap thing.
