Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllll I tried thongs yesterday, and all i can say at this point is that it was definitely a different feeling. I wear bikini panties usually but I wanted to try thongs. Anyone else wear them?
Steph
It used to depend on what I was wearing over the top to a great extent because I did find thongs uncomfortable. But the more I wore them the more comfortable they felt. French knickers are sexy, too but I never found them particularly comfortable, either. I also found that the elastic in thongs was more reliable! ;)

I wear them on occassion. They're great if you don't mind the feeling of having a perpetual wedgie.

--isn't that a 'vedgie'?

Ya I'm not sure about the wedgie bit but i do like the "No pantie line" look.
Steph
I'd prefer them personally, as I find them very comfortable but they don't fit right in the front ::)
That's actually the problem I've found with almost of the womens' underwear that I've tried. And if they fit right in the front, my ass isn't big enough in the back (which is conveniently what thongs fix, but then... argh!) Though I found a cut of male string bikini that's quite nice, very low rise, plenty of room where is necessary, and different enough from 'normal' male underwear to satisfy me for now.
Really seriously uncomfortable. Ive only tried them a few times, but I end up constantly heaving at my underwear trying to pull them out the crack of my ...um...you know. lol
I think they look ok when theres a discreet peep over the top of jeans, but not when you can practically see the whole thing.
I agree...seriously uncofmortable is being too kind. I do have one pair and sometimes I'll be brave and wear them. Now to look at on someone else, well, thongs are thwell.

The first time I wore them, I felt like I was wearing a cheesewire ~laugh~ They do look skanky, but they are pretty comfey! You get used to them eventually.
I wear them in the summertime; they are notably cooler.
I haven't worn one since the surgery; I'm curious.
all the time.
they feel better with jeans, skirts * just about all of my clothes.
And if you write music about your delicates, can you say you have a thong in your heart?
Chaunte
In the words of vic reeves....very poor. ;D
I find thongs very comfortable and are my delicates of choice

Ummmmm, look here you, you,....
You pedestrian!!! ;)
But it begs the question: "Can you walk the walk, girl??"
(ahem) Gotta go take my Haldol for the day.... ;) [at least that's what the voices in my head are telling me].
What planet are we on, again?
I wear thongs almost exclusively. I would rather have an inch or less of fabric climbing up my butt then a few inches of fabric and wadding up and then wedging up my butt. :P hehe
Thongs are great once you get used to them and allow you to wear a lot of things with out panty lines.
Thongs come in many different cuts so finding what is comfortable for you is key. I wear french cut thongs most of the time. They are cut higher on the thigh and don't cut into my skin at the bend where the leg and hip meet.
I very rarely wear G-string panties which are different than thongs and highly uncomfortable (to me).

If a girl has a nice derriere and I certainly do, thongs tend to accentuate that characteristic.
thongs are becoming popular again, yet i say they are very uncomfortable. why walk around feeling like you have a wedgie all day? i personally don't let the popularity of an undergarment determine whether or not i wear it.

I forgot to add I am a HUGE fan of lil lacey boy shorts styles as well. Sexy. ;)
I dont let populargty swing me, i wear what feels right.
lacey boy shorts all the way - can't resist a silly patterned fabric.
Hmmmm...I don't know. I think it all depends on the brand. Personally I think that COSABELLA (http://shop.nordstrom.com/SR?KeyWord=cosabella&searchorigin=KeywordSearch) is a wonderful brand. You don't feel as if you are walking with a wedgie. Besides they come in different sizes (I think the largest size is 16) and unusual colors (i.e., typhon, rampage, summer lemon, heart red and more... ;)) *giggles*
tink :icon_chick:
P.S. I have to say this. It does make a big difference when you don't have any bulge on the front. Okay enough said. :-X
I wear thongs all the time, almost exclusively, but I do love cute little boy shorts too... I rarely, if ever wear normal panties unless I am wearing something flowing (see my avatar pic lol) and g-strings are just uncomfortable...
I wear a lot of stretch velvet and other fabrics that hug my figure, so wearing anything but a thong just shows A LOT of panty line.... then again, in the winter, I wear a slip under my skirt and probably boy shorts and sometimes hot pants lol
Anyway, I don't find them uncomfortable at all any more, but I do recall having to force and train myself not to try to pick at them for a few months when I first started wearing them... lol
I Started off wearing thongs i like them but some can be uncomfy others are good.
Ones that are tight are not comfy lace ones are not comfy but the cotton ones i had where lovely.
I eventualy went on to high leg briefs v comfy and u can wear em anytime.
I like them. I wear Men's thongs and bikini's most of the time. I long for the day I can wear the woman's ones but I am just way to mobile all day, I prefer to be practical while sexy. It does help to have the rear for it though, lucky me.
They're not for me.
I don't find them overly practical. I like getting rid of the panty line in back, but they shift too much in the front. I'd rather just go with nothing.
