I'm pre T and I know I still look female but from these pictures (ignore the stupid hat again) do I look more male with glasses or without?
Joey :)

In my tiny little humble opinion, I don't think glasses will make or break anyone passing as male.
Unless they're electric pink with butterflies on 'em. :D
What Sage said, lol.
Joey are you in therapy yet? I think it would be a positive step for you in gaining confidence.
I have to speak to someone because of other mental health problems and stuff that's gone on in my life and I told them today that I want to be a guy and we spoke about it a bit. I can't do anything yet until I tell my parents :/

Well, if you're a minor that complicates things. It's a tough situation and we've all been there. The only advice I can give on that is be prepared with what you want to say and how you want to say it. You just gotta feel the situation out for yourself.
I decided I want to give them a letter. I've already written it, just need to give it to them. I want to do it after Christmas though. I'm excited but scared all at the same time
You don't look any different with or without glasses. ???
I second Sage, but add powder electric blue cat frames as a secondary giveaway...ROFLMAO

Hahaha yeah I definitely won't be doing that!

Well, sure. I wouldn't stop to inspect you if I were some stranger on the street, if that's what you mean. :)
I don't know what I mean :/ Agghh just ignore me I'm tired and talking nonsense.

Haha, can't blame you. Otherwise Santa might skip your house, lol.

I think T will do you nicely by your face structure.

Exactly haha. Even when I do leave him alcohol and a carrot for the reindeers he will still probably skip it if I tell them before. I'll just wait until after ;) Thanks :) I know briefly about T but I haven't managed to research deeply about it. Can anybody give me a brief description of what it does and how it works etc?

Just a word of advice, before you talk to your parents about anything you should seriously study up on hormones, surgeries, etc. It's good for you to know but they will also have questions. If you're unable to answer those questions they might not take you seriously and think it is just a phase.
In a nutshell, Testosterone will lower your voice, give you a male pattern hair line, body hair, etc...It will send you into male puberty and well...turn you into a man on the outside to match your insides. Those are the desired effects. It can also raise blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.
Really study up on everything. Transition isn't easy and it isn't something to go into lightly.
Cheers. My mum pretty much thinks everything in my life is just a phase and that I'll grow out of it. I know what I want, I just don't necessarily know the routes on how to get there. I only just feel confident enough to do something about it. Thank you though, I will do a lot more research before I tell them, I have a month or so to do it so I'll definitely be thorough

Yeah, that's what my glasses are. I broke my previous frame and these were the only ones that fit the lens. I'm about to just go blind :(

You look good with and without glasses.
I second Simon, read up as much as you can; it's pointless to go into battle without a full magazine. And, it'll be best for you in the long run to know what to expect and what options are available to you.
I'd say no glasses, unless of course you can't see without them.
I think the glasses don't really make a difference. I think your hat does though. I hope this doesn't offend you, but your face is kind of feminine. With the hat, the feminine features pop out even more. I used to wear a hat when I haven't cut my hair out. I think it did the same thing to me.
I think you pass better without the glasses, IMHO.
The frames are rather delicate especially along the top; I'd suggest trying something with thicker frames... and it wouldn't hurt for them to be taller either.
Have you tried the Specsavers website? It lets you upload a photo of yourself and try on their glasses to see how they'd look on you. Costs you nothing to play around with them to see what suits you. ;)

Yeah, my Mum thought the same thing. Problem is, I've been in 'just a phase' for 36 years and counting... ;)

It doesn't offend me don't worry, I know I still look very feminine. I think it is the hat, I can't wait to get my hair cut.

Funnily enough I get my glasses from Specsavers so I have tried on practically every glasses in the shop haha. I was going to get some new glasses but my mum wouldn't let me because my eyesight 'hasn't changed' despite me getting a new prescription. It was also money issues but now I have a job I might get myself some.
Thank you all for your responses, appreciated.
Joey :)

I think we both need new glasses. lmao. :D I feel your pain; as you know, mine are hot pink and black. Not very good for passing. ;D
