ok thats so wierd i have an ftm friend on the net he keep puting his pix shirtless we were talking and he said he never had a chest surgery and its just workout and binders who help him have a flat shest i can't believe that ...is that possible? is it possible to look like that without a surgery ??

My son has very small chest -- he doesn't even need to bind unless he wants too...and his chest doesn't look that good ... prehaps the person took hormone blockers as a youth and thus never form .. idk
I don't like to judge people...but my guess is it is unlikely unless he came out at an extremely young age before any puberty occurred and his parents put him on blockers. Which isn't the case if he has had to bind in the past. Binding doesn't shrink your chest to that proportion. Exercise helps but not that much. I'm looking at his nipple size/placement and I hate to say it but I'm calling bullcrap on this one.
I don't know if this guy had surgery or not, but I agree with Robert, some people are justreally flat chested. There is a cisgirl that I work with and her front is literally as flat as her back. So I guess it's possible.
The nipples, though... I don't think he's being honest. There's no way a female-bodied person would have nipples like that.

But, she does IronMans and that's a lot of working out, so it's expected that she'd have virtually no body fat on her and a flat chest. A lot of these real hardcore female athletes have small chests, so I suppose that it could be possible. I've seen girls the high school track team I was on loose cup sizes during the season.

It is possible. Some guys are just very small chested and very blessed in the way their nipples/areolas look. I know a few guys who have never had top surgery or have but talk about how it was before top surgery and they specifically mention being stealth and shirtless in front of cis men who they are stealth to and no one has any clue they are trans.
really small boobs to start with and binding takes away the perkiness.

This is a picture of me when i was on hormones. i passed without a t shirt even in front on my girlfriends family who is super christian or even at a beach. I don't really need surgery but i still think eventually i will get it. even now that i am off hormones for a bit, my chest is still small. i don't even have to wear a binder, but yes i think it is possible
the wonders and miracles of the human body never cease to surprise me. Stranger things have been true. So, I guess you can never really know if he is lying to you or not. But I think it's highly likely that he must have been on some sort of hormone blockers as a child.
Yes, some people have chests that flat. I know many ciswomen who are flatter than a box of crackers, and most breast tissue is FAT not glands. Nipple size is mainly due to skin stretching from bigger chest tissue. I got lipo top surgery with glands cut out, NO skin removal, and my nipples dramatically shrank. I am only 8 weeks out!! If he was an A cup before then yes he could have a chest like that. Look at that person, they have no body fat. A female that thin who has never been heavier would not menstruate nor would breasts develop so yes it is possible.
