Hi!
You can call me Dean, I'm a gay FtM transguy. Found this site and thought it'd be a great place to talk if I need it and to get advice :)
I'm from the south, and I can't wait to go to college and go somewhere else :)
I've come out to my mom and dad, but not my step-dad, and I can't live as a guy right now because I'm going to an all girls school. I've gone to see one therapist, but she's referred me to another who knows much more about medically transitioning than her, and I should be starting to see my next therapist sometime in 2013. I'm hoping I can start my transition the summer before I go off to college.
I'm into roller blading, snowboarding, and skateboarding (though I'm not good) and I love to draw.
Umm... I don't know what else to say, so hello!
Hi Dean, and welcome!
It's great to hear that you have some supportive forces in your life, certainly having a therapist who is more familiar with your specific needs is a big bonus!
I hope you enjoy being a member here, and if there's anything we can help out with, just ask! :)
