Title: Acutally found jeans that fit
Post by: JMoon on December 09, 2012, 04:12:59 PM
Levi Husky sizes

18 36x29
16 34x28
14 33x28
12 32x27
11 31x27
10 30x26
9 29x25
8 28x23

I find the best place to order them is Amazon because of the free shipping and returns.
If you don't have prime you can get it for free with an .edu email address. There's other ways of getting it free too.

They are Levi's so they are more expensive(~28 bucks) than the cheap jeans I was getting, but work out about the same if i got the pants hemmed, which I was never a fan of. I think it's worth it, having the legs bunch up and stepping on extra material made me dysphoric about my height.

These are the styles I wear.

Oh wow, these should fit me if that sizing is correct. Macy's is selling the slim straight for $20.

Awesome, I should look at these! Being 5'1" makes jeans a pain in the butt :P But these sizes look like they'll fit great! :D

Since I'm a 36, one inch shorter won't make much of a difference to me. Guess I'll just keep having long pants.
I'm not even that short (5'7"-5'8"), but i come from a family of nubby legged men. My 6'2" dad wears 30 inseams.

Wish we had a Macy's here because at least one of those should fit me and JCP doesn't have the slim straight :(

I think I'm going to take a trip to Macy's with my Christmas money. I REALLY need some new pants.

Scratch that, I was looking at the wrong thing. They're in the $40 range at Macy's. Khols also has them online.

If anyone buys a pair, can you take a picture of them on when you get them and write what size they are?

(I am wary of buying clothes on-line sometimes)

They wouldn't happen to have a 42 waist would they? I need a 30 length and that's extremely hard to find with a 42 waist. Its why I rarely wear jeans

Gap carries it. Although, their jeans are sized large so you might be a 40 or even a 38 there.

I have a couple pairs of the 16 34x28 511s and a few adult 34x30 511s. I will take and post pics later when I'm done my homework.

GOOD NEWS! Macys had boys jeans on sale. Ended up getting the levis slim straight. They're really not as slim as I had thought but then again levis sizes are kinda weird. Their legs are wide so if you have chunky thighs they might be able to accommodate. I was sort of in between sizes. The size 12 was alright but a bit snug. The 14 husky was a bit too loose for what I want but I didn't have my junk getting crushed in them. I went with the 14 husky. I usually get a 32x30 (depending on brand) and usually the crotch is too low. These fit better in the crotch.

Thanks for this. I'm short and not skinny so its very hard to find jeans that fit my waist to length ratio, though being 5' no pants ever fit length. They're always bunched up. And any men's or boys jeans fit me too loose unless I wear extra skinny, because of my wideness. Even with women's skinny jeans the length is always too long, I guess everyone is supposed to be tall haha.
That's why I miss anchor blue. They had women's skinny jeans in short, regular, and long lengths. Short still fit a tiny bit long but perfect if I cuffed them.
I have a pair of levis skinny and they too fit me loose, like baggy :/ but I'm going to go try the boys sizes on and if they fit well ill put them on my wishlist!:)

Also nice poses nygeel ^_^

I've actually found 18-20 boys Husky fit me very nicely-- actually as well as women's jeans. I think through exercise I have actually lost a little weight in my stomach (still pre-T) and nothing else in my hips so they are zipping up well.

The only thing I dislike about the boy's is that the pockets are too small. I can't get an adult wallet in one where I feel very secure. I have worn them out but not to a theatre where I am afraid it might worm it's way out.

Of course with all guy pants I have to cut off about a foot and then hem them up. I am terrible at this, but I don't think most people look at the hem of your pants.
