Title: My chest.
Post by: PrettySoldier on December 09, 2012, 09:30:00 PM
So I'm only about 7 months in with my HRT & unlike before I've been really down about my breasts. I'm like, an A cup now & my breast are still sore. Is that good growth for how long I've been transitioning? I'm 5'5 & like 120lbs too. Lately anymore though I have been thinking of a BA & doing research on it & how I can finance it. I know I should wait longer but I am childish & impatient, what is the minimum time you should wait before considering BA? I don't want huge pornstar boobs, a full B would be a dream. I just want to have noticeable breasts & cleavage without having to wear 5 bras. My mom has a Dcup & I've heard you can get half of what your mother has. My sister is 15 & she has a Bcup I think. I'm hoping this is just the hormones making me think irrationally & that it will end. I try to think of reasons I shouldn't do it such as being scared of surgery & the complications that could occur & the idea of having to replace them every few years. A friend of mine said I could take Prometrium with what I already take & that it would help with breast growth?

Just remember that young girls go through the breast development for years.  Be patient.

An A cup at only 7 months? I'd say you're coming along quite well  :)  Give it time, at least a couple of years  :)  It actually takes about 5 or so years for most breasts to fully develop

You're about where I was @ 7 months. Now I'm at 15 months and I'm a full B and still growing steadily. Mine are about as big as my sisters (She's a small C) and my mothers is a large C to a D cup.

And hon... if you get a BA while they're still growing, they'll look weird as soon as they start growing again because they'll push the material to the sides as they grow, and it will NOT be attractive. Wait a few years. At least 3-5 is what you should expect to see full growth.

Yeah I thought of how they might look wonky since they can still grow after the BA & that is frightening. I really didn't realize how long it takes for them to fully grow tho, sheesh. I'm just being impatient.   :-\

I'm just being impatient.

It's easy to be impatient. We spend a lifetime hating something about ourselves so most of us just want it fixed the minute we start doing something about it.

No worries  :)  We're all kinda impatient at times... Just wanted to say that you're coming along rather well and look very feminine  :)

I just want to have noticeable...
You sound like some of my old weightlifting acquaintances, "I just want to get huge," meaning Arnold-like.  Kind of amusing to hear youngsters say that.

For you, pretty soldier, you have to take a WAY different outlook.  The breasts will come along slowly but surely.  As others have said, it takes years.  Your nearest female relatives, mom, aunts, sisters will be a limiting case: you likely will not get quite that well developed unless you started E2 at age 11.  But time is the thing, so you need P A T I E N C E.

Being a full A at a little over half a year is pretty good, by any standard, and if you continue to grow as you are, then I don't doubt that you will achieve that full B.

Whether you make it or not, though, Breast Implants are a serious thing to consider. Replacing them every so often is expensive, and you may be uncomfortable knowing that your breasts are 'fake'. If you have the money, and the 'fake' quality doesn't bother you, then once you've stopped growing, it would probably affect your life in a very positive way, if you choose to go that route.

Uhm, if it can comfort you any, at 10 months, I have nothing. What? Having a crappy dose makes me not count? Okay~

But wait. What are you sad about? 7 months and an A, that's... A lot, really. Especially considering that you're relatively thin.

My best friend, at a bit over a year of HRT, is still growing. She thought they had stopped at her halfway-between-A's-and-B's, but then they had a growth sput a month ago, and it's still going on. She thinks she might get full C cups with a little bit of luck. So...

Wait. As far as I know, the average woman has small B's. Of course, on a trans woman whose ribcage is unfortunately too big, you need more to look the same, but still. Even on a trans woman, B's look acceptable. And from the looks of things, that's probably what you'll get, at least.

But whatever you want to do, I think you should wait until you've had 2 years of HRT. That's when most growth should have settled down. They say 3 years, but since you're an impatient person and the last year doesn't have a massive lot of changes, I think 2 years is wise enough.
