I eat ginger all the time, and I don't have a deep voice or much facial hair. Most foods that help increase T only do so in very small amounts. If you get together a list of a bunch of foods that help increase T (brocolli is one of them) and eat them every day, and work out and take supplements, you might see a tiny difference.... some of the natural transitoners say they notice a difference. If you can't get on T, I'd check out some of the natural transitioners blogs/vlogs and see what they're doing.

Many herbs and flavorings like that have LOTS of nutrients. Good for you, but I doubt will do anything for your T levels unless you eat at very high levels (that you shouldn't have). Ginger can also hurt your stomach.
