I got some nice James Avery earrings and some perfume that would make me smell like an old lady :P Well 50% isn't too bad :)
Two pairs of earrings, one set medium hoops made of copper with stones set around it, the other are sea turtles. Two tops, a knit cap and patterned socks, a hundred in cash, a gift certificate to VS, a big cocoa mug, a lottery ticket and 6 cards.
Well, I got $170 in cash, $20 starbucks giftcard, fuzzy socks, a fuzzy jacket, some sort of bath set, some bath and body works soaps with vanillay smells, vanilla body wash, christmas cookie yankee candle, $20 in guildwars 2 gems, those butt cusion things they sell on tv (my computer-sitting-in-front-of stamina is going to increase exponentially! :P), two david bowie cd's (ziggy stardust and hunky dory :3), a couple boxes of delicious k-cups, a bunch of candy, and a deep fryer! Whew- it was a big x-mas for me! My gf's family loves me for some reason :P

Fatter and the bill! ???
Maybe this year it's hitting me a bit differently,I realize that it will be the same as it has been for the past number of years,there will be no pretty packages,carefully wrapped,with a bow. Or a greeting card with a gift card inside. Perhaps it is to easy to forget the gifts that we received year round,perhaps it's not the tinsel or bows or brightly wrapped packages under a tree,but it is in the ones we love that are the truest gifts.
I got:
a "Lauder beautiful" perfume from my youngest daughter,
a manicure kit from my youngest boy,
pink leggings and a heather-gray tunic from my oldest daughter,
a purple and silver beret and scarf from my middle son, and
a gift certificate to the local women-only spa from my oldest son.
I was so touched by their soo feminine gifts, they are so affirmative!

I haven't really bumped into my parents yet, but so far I got a giant box of apple cinnamon (read massive amounts of sugar) donuts the size of bass drums. Do these people not understand what the phrase "I'm on a diet" means?!

Always amazed at how people who profess to love you will invariably try and sabotage your diet when they know you are trying hard to get your weight under control and then later tell you in passing, "Gee you look fat!" ???

I get that too. I'm only about 20 pounds overweight and I'm constantly reminded how much of a blimp I am and that I'm going to have a heart attack if I don't get it under control, then they feed me foods full of carbs and fat.
I got several gift cards but my favorite is Trader's Joe's orange flavored dark chocolate I got from my boss. So yummy.
Lots of insulated clothing (to keep my skinny a$$ warm on those cold West Texas mornings...), and a rolling tool cabinet! :laugh:

My wife made me a collage highlighting more feminine aspects of my nature, some earrings, a couple of necklaces, a painting representing our relationship. (She's really into arts and crafts.) She also bought me Serenity: The Shepard's Tale graphic novel, Generation Kill DVD set (I'm into military movies), Angels in America DVD set (Loooove this! Al Pacino kills in this!), a looong rainbow scarf (so warm!), bunches of jewelry (store bought), a new jewelry box, a new woman's coat, a bunch of make up and her eternal love and support.
My brother-in-law gave us a walmart gift card which we used to buy our Yulemas dinner.
Mom gave me a $90 gift card for an electronics store, dad and his gf gave me a $90 gift card for a men's clothing store (the amounts make more sense in my currency, but that's the worth in usd). From my brothers and their families I got soap, towels and bed sheets. My kid got me chocolate.
My mum got me a Kindle Fire and a beard trimmer. Dad gave me £150. :)
