Your E is in normal female range, low end of mid cycle,I guess, and your T is in normal male range... interesting... what does your doctor say?

Well, your results are pretty remarkable considering you were in a male T range. You'll probably progress at rapid speed now. :)
Fierce, you didn't say if your reading was:
"Total (LC/MS/MS)" or
"Free and Total (LC/MS/MS)" or
"Free, Bioavailable and Total (LC/MS/MS)"
Spironolactone blocks the body's testosterone receptors and so reduces the body's ability to use the testosterone in the system.
It does not completely stop the testes from producing testosterone. So you might try changing your dosing schedule to twice daily, or getting another medication from your endo, such as Casodex.

Okay so I finally got my test results back, btw I have been on HRT since May (7 months+) and my T was 686 ng/dl!?
So basically I have been pre-HRT the entire time... :-\ except for that my E was 66 pg/mL.
But, I was near the max normal dose of spiro and now I am at it, so should I be worried? Is it kinda all or nothing with spiro, or do you think I am gonna have to switch to a new medication? My endo just increased it that little bit but yeah, I can't help but wonder if it's gonna be enough?
It doesn't matter a whole lot because I have no passing problems but still... :-\
My T never trully dropped either but my E at least went to higher levels then it. Dont worry a little trial and error will get you on track.
