So I am thinking of maybe starting to bind a little, I am currently an undecided ftm/fta (As in still not sure of which I am ) And wanted some tips on starting out.

I live in Australia and am on the larger scale of body weight, so Don't want to hurt myself by going to tight at first or something. Can anyone help with advice or a link to advice please??
