Greetings everybody,
I am caught in a dilemma: on the hand I like eating little and exercise because I want to lose weight and muscle mass y and also because when I am on a low calorie diet I somehow feel calmer, mote feminine and my male parts shrink to nothing. I truly feel feminine and passive.
On the other hand, I am on month 3-1/2 oh hrt and I want to make sue my breasts, hips, thighs and behind keep growing....
Any tips? How much weight can one lose a week without affecting fat build up from hrt?
Not an easy situation...
Any help will be greatly appreciated...
Andrea
I would just keep up your exercise and diet. If you're eating enough to maintain a healthy weight, and if you're exercising enough to ensure that weight includes no more or less than the appropriate body fat ratio, you will develop healthily.
The end result of this diet and exercise regime may not look like your feminine ideal, but it's important to realize that many women who work out and eat well will also look a bit different. Breasts may be reduced in size, there may be less facial fat, and the hourglass figure may be a much more difficult goal, but healthy, fit women are very attractive; perhaps they are a different kind of attractive, but they are nonetheless very much so.
Health over vanity - but don't think that you can't have both.

Keep in mind your breast development to a point is also partly genetic so cramming fat doesnt always prove effective, I say just keep healthy and try not to become a twig and you will be fine.

Well, I do want the chubbiness in the face, the hips, breasts etc but I am 5'9" (175) and 160 lbs (71 kg): I woulk like to go down to 150-155, I.e. lose 5-10 lbs (2-4 kg). That's it.
I f I lose those 5-10 lbs over the next month and then I go back to 2000 calories a day, will I be OK, female fat distribution wise?

Well I barely eat and I got breasts and a nice butt so its possible, however its how your body responds. I would say try not lose to much fat because its best for this period of your life.
