if I buy spiro and estradiol valerate in China, can I bring them to the U.S? These medicine are very cheap in China.
spironolactone: $2 per 30 days in CN
estradiol valerate: $66 per 15 weeks in CN
If I can bring them to China, I plan buy three years amount.
Will Chinese pharmacies even accept your prescription?
And the airport might ask for your prescription and if you have Chinese medicine but an American prescription they might not like that.
I wanted to get my hrt somewhere else too but all the pharmacies in that country said they couldn't take a prescription from another country. Probably couldn't have passed the border with it anyway.
I'm very curious as to what others have to say about this o:

Many Chinese pharmacies and most online Chinese pharmacies do not need prescriptions.
We do not talk about self medication here.
Our Terms Number 8:
8. The discussion of hormone replacement therapy(HRT) and it's medications are permitted, with the following limitations:
A. You may not advocate for or against a specific medication or combinations of medication for personal gain. This is strictly prohibited.
B. You may not discuss the means to acquire HRT medications without a prescription. The discussion of self medication without a doctors supervision is prohibited.
C. The discussion of recommended or actual dosages is strongly discouraged to prevent information obtained on this site from being used to self medicate.
We can not in good conscience condone the self administering of these medications. Not only may self medication be illegal, but HRT medications can cause serious health problems, and many have the potential for life-threatening side effects that can only be detected and prevented with proper medical supervision.
Also,
Target and Walmart does prescription est and t for 4 bucks with two refills. 4 dollars is pretty cheap.

But the American border will.
Coming back into the country from Canada with Brassard's prescriptions did require showing the American customs officer the bottles and the specific prescription info, and some back and forth about the doctor and his location (checking to be sure we really had been to his hospital?). And that was for antibiotics and anti-inflammatories as well, not just the controlled painkillers. The impression I got was that since they worry about drug smuggling from other countries, it was OK if and only if the *prescription* was from a Canadian doctor.
But who knows, that's one story about one border guard. I didn't research the legal policies - because it was all right if they chose to confiscate the meds, my wife's local doctor would happily replace it all - so it's just an anecdote.
In all seriousness, can you be really sure Chinese cut price meds are even safe?
