I had urethra pain about 4 or 5 months post op.  It got really hard to pee.  It all happened over a few days and I had to see a specialist who booked me in for corrective surgery a day or so later.  It turned out my urethra had been positioned too far back.  So the corrective op had to re-position it.  Nothing special apparently.  Then I had to dilate the urethra opening for a week or so  :o

Well there is a lot of swelling in that area. It's going to be months before it all goes away.

I'm 5 months post-OP and I too had urethral pain for the first 4 months. But I also had a meatal stenosis after 2 months which was corrected in a second surgery.
