Title: real teenage problems
Post by: anibioman on February 10, 2013, 07:58:03 AM
for the first time in my life i am dealing with real teenage problems. i hooked up with the hottest girl i know and it was quite nice. she told me she had a crush on me sophomore year of high school. i came out sophomore year so thats pretty cool to me. of course one of my friends liked her he told me earlier that day that he no longer liked her so now he is really mad at me. also she is my prom date i asked her as a friend a few weeks ago and i had no idea this would happen. so im having mixed emotions i am happy but guilty at the same time. she is beautiful and i really liked her back then and since we have been talking its all coming back. so real teenage problems that im not equipped to deal with.

Just take it slow :) emotions are crazy at the best of times! You're young, enjoy yourself :)

It's okay, these things usually work themselves out. I'd try not to feel guilty, as it is your friend did say he didn't like her, and you're not psychic so he couldn't really expect you to know what he was really thinking. But, it's really the girl's choice, if she wants to go with you to prom, then so be it. Your friend will get over it eventually,  just try to be nice and smooth things over with him.  ;D

And, you'll be dealing with this stuff forever (seriously, I have Alzheimer patient dating stories I could tell you).  ;)
