Ok...I absolutely love RM, but for the price of these new Emisils, I though I'd give at least one a try...they have a few that are already made and I guess I'll be the guinea pig here for everyone. I'll definitely give a review once I get it. I'll keep everyone posted!
I look forward to hearing about it! :)
this is the first time ive heard of them they look very real a bit over done with the hand painting some look kind of nasty but its interesting ill keep an eye on them. when you do get one you should write a review.
I feel like the lighter ones aren't so aren't overdone and the darker ones are.

I can't wait to hear your review!!!! I am looking very much forward to it. Can you tell us how they handled your order? As in, did they issue you a tracking number and so forth.....
Okay, I have to ask what an Emisil is. I've heard that term a lot, but still have no clue as to what it is. ???

It figures...I was looking around the web and just found a scathing review someone did on emisil on transguys.com. Sounds very similar to stories we got from TUP. Now I'm thinking I should cancel the order. Somehow I knew this was a mistake...
I can't find any reviews anywhere? Can we have a link?
Sigh another one bites the dust. Hope the review of Sinthetic's product is better.

Maybe we should just start our own company. I've been reading a bit about these 3D printers, and I bet in the future when everyone has access to a 3D printer people will just be selling the designs for packers and you can just print your own up at home. NPR just had an interesting article (http://www.npr.org/blogs/alltechconsidered/2013/02/19/171912826/as-3-d-printing-become-more-accessible-copyright-questions-arise (http://www.npr.org/blogs/alltechconsidered/2013/02/19/171912826/as-3-d-printing-become-more-accessible-copyright-questions-arise)), and they made an action figure of one of the broadcasters by 3D scanning her. We could just 3D scan real penises and then print them up.....
Anyone know any investors? ;D
Edit: See they're even experimenting with tissues: http://www.forbes.com/sites/ciocentral/2012/12/07/manufacturing-the-future-10-trends-to-come-in-3d-printing/ (http://www.forbes.com/sites/ciocentral/2012/12/07/manufacturing-the-future-10-trends-to-come-in-3d-printing/) Maybe eventually we'll be able to just have a doctor print one and sew it on. This is one of those things where 50 years from now we're all going to be kicking ourselves thinking about how we could all be super rich from selling printed packers, breast forms for the ladies, etc. but never did anything lol :D
Some company did this. The problem with 3d printed anythings is that they look fake. They don't make mistakes and mistakes is what makes things look natural. You need a sculptor to make a penis reeeeally look like a penis IMO. Though they make Willy in a Can which is a silicon you can mix at home in a can and then you get a willing cis-male to um *cough* stick his willy in the can. It makes a mold of him and then you fill it with the silicon that comes with and you get a perfect copy. It's meant for woman whose husbands are away at war or otherwise not available so they can 're-create' their partner, if you catch my drift. In any case, I don't see why a maker hasn't just gotten a cis-man to stick his 'bits' into a tupperware of Alginate yet.... Tada, a perfect copy of a penis, no sculpting, no errors... If I knew more about the types of silicon being used to make 'like real' prosthesis hell I'd have my own brand out there. If you could figure it out hell you could even make a 3 in 1, easy.
I know a guy who is trying to make a prosthesis. It is REALLY tricky stuff. Guys are looking for realism, function, etc and it is hard to get something like that which looks good but does stuff-- hence pretty much why RM has a pretty decent looking one but it doesn't do much. Also stuff like moveable skin is tricky. It's also why you might get a decent STP device that doesn't look attach.
All sorts of things can go wrong. Don't clean each and every layer (almost clean room conditions) and you get peeling like LJ sometimes has.
Anyway this guy started out thinking out it would be Jan. and he still hasn't gotten what he would be happy with trying to sell.
I think all of the prosthetics are from molds. That's why they sometimes are named. Asher was molded from Asher, likely anyway. I don't think you'd like a "perfect" one. I think the results from peecock, are probably what you'd get from 3d molding. Looks pretty nice and clean but not quite real looking.
I'm not excusing TUP, but I think he got into it fairly blind thinking he could do this and realizing just how hard it is.
I've never heard of Willy in a Can for more than some kind of novelty or fun gift. I don't think this is a soft packer type material. I suppose it is dildo-like.
--Jay
No willy in a can is for a dildo, my point of that little rant was "Why don't we just use alginate? 3D printing is a pain and looks silly" lol sorry if that didn't come across.

Lol yeah I am just a little ahead right now, and I think it can only make hard stuff currently.

AFAIK, that's the case. There may be some very pricey printer that could do softer material.

Maybe in 10 years when I get bored of writing wills for crazy old people and I am not so poor I'll try making a company.
