The unlucky-in-love Rovers Return boss, played by Simon Gregson, goes to Malta on holiday to forget his rocky romance with barmaid Michelle Connor and falls for foreign beauty Shania - who turns out to be a transvestite.
Corrie bosses want the story to be authentic and so are looking to cast a real man in the role.
Sounds like a trip to Thailand is in order. ;)
