Title: Friends Comment
Post by: Just Ole Me on February 26, 2013, 08:01:54 PM
My wife was having lunch with one of her irlfriends today.  They were chit chatting and I came up in the conversation. My wife had said how I didn't like to watch sports, to which her friend replied "Kay is a girl....well what I mean is that we all think of Kay as a girl". She then thought maybe that was insulting, to which my wife my wife assured her by saying "Kay is more of a girl than I am most of the time and that's why we get along so well" Her friend then proceeded to tell my wife how lucky she was to not be married to a "Guy!" and what a pain men can be to live with.

I am starting transition but am only out to my wife so this made my month!!!!   Start HRT in March.  It's so wonderful when others see the real you under the male shell!

Hugs

Kay

they both sound like a great support system for you to have. when you do tell your friend i think she will receive everything well and be happy for you like we all are  :)
