After one year...still get my "monthly", emotional/depressed "PMS"...about every 3 weeks I get signs of breast growth (itchy..sore...bigger).

All's good though. :)

I can't believe that! You look waaaay to sweet for that.

No symptoms really. Only going cranky once a month, emotional wreck, cry for nothing. Oh well, typical woman. >:-)

I take the same dose of estrogen and progesterone every day, and after nearly 2 years (and hopefully for some time to come) my main "symptom" is breast tenderness, as they're still growing. Other than that, nothing really, no monthly irritability, cuz there's no "cycle".

I get 'monthly symptoms. Everything a Cis-woman gets, minus the messy bleeding. So that's cramping, bloating, fatigue and low energy, irritable and rather bitchy as may have been apparent here lately.

Sorry.
And for those of you that are thinking, "ooh, you're lucky," I assure you, after 2 years of it, it sucks. You don't want it. It worries me to a certain degree, Especially since it seems no one else here has symptoms like that. But my doctor assures me every time I go that I'm okay.

Sore boobs.

Sorry for this  :-\

Increased energy. Increased motivation, Increased assertiveness. Very 'nice' self feeling. Contentment.

Less sleep, more refreshed, increased appetite,

A short fuse that I fight to control. My anger, frustration and desire to assert my will has increased.

All the things about Cindy that I have to fight to be her; and never realised it.

Breast pain.  About two months in I had an unbelievable appetite increase which has since returned to normal.

I'm only six weeks in. What I've seen so far:

* Breast tingling (but no pain or sensitivity)
* I notice smells more
* Profound changes in sexual arousal/release: Visual arousal doesn't work anymore, need to use my mind. Can't climax just with physical stimulation, have to "think" my way to climax or it doesn't come. Orgasms are now accompanied with a rush that washes over my entire body.

I'm 8 months 2 weeks. I can say that I am tired a lot. I don't know if its because I just stay up too late and get up too early or what. It seems like I have less energy to do things at times. As some of the other girls have mentioned tenderness in breasts. I can't lay on my stomach without it hurting. I do have a few days a month that I get emotional. The extra limp barley works and to get it to work it takes alot of time! :) I love it. Die extra limp! die! hehe... So that's a little so far.

No real symptomatic changes, for me. This is a little over two years in so far.

Morning sickness every now and then, but I'm fine besides. :)

I get mood changes for a few days a month.  At the same time, my pelvic area gets really painful.  Testicles used to swell up but that has stopped now that I'm on E.  However, the remaining days more than make up for the time where there are problems.  Way more than make up for those days.

No, not really. That's a really strange question, to be honest, but very predictable... Every one of your questions appears to revolve around pregnancy and paraphernalia. Whatever floats your boat.  ::)

My roommate who is a genetic-girl, says I get pms, as I do have a bitchy period around once a month, she calls it my time of the month. I do get tender breasts which i think could be monthly cycle around my bitchy time.

I have had morning sickness before, especially when i began with HRT. I am getting E injections and often the morning afterwards I would sometimes get morning sickness. But after 3 months that cleared up. I very seldom get it now.

I don't get the bloating and cramping as of yet, but do get the a monthly tiredness,  I also get crabby for a few days every 2 weeks (a few days before I'm due for my next shot)... other than that sore/irritated nipples have been pretty regular for the last 3 months.

Biggest things for me have been, as everyone else has mentioned, breast tenderness, and for me personally, my emotional responses to things have just completely changed. I get depressed easier, but I also feel way happier when I'm feeling happy, and while emotions used to be easy to hide, now they REALLY hit me. I've cried more in the last month than I did in the entire five years before this. Also, I've found that I get tired a lot easier. I work a job where I have to use my arms a lot, and recently by the end of the day I'm almost consistently really hurting. Also, my skin has gotten a lot more sensitive. It tends to get dry easier, and itches a lot more than it used to.
