Title: Gay Athletes Face Discrimination in Professional Sports
Post by: DriftingCrow on March 01, 2013, 07:39:41 PM
Heard this on NPR's All Things Considered.

NFL teams ask college players questions about their sexual orientation prior to recruiting players. The teams are concerned about how this would affect the locker rooms, but there is a shifting climate based on certain actions and comments from professional sports stars.

NPR Tell Me More's The Barbershop also had some interesting comments on this story:

Yeah this is all over Sportscenter and they have made it very clear that they don't condone this and don't find it appropriate.
