I LOVE Sagittarius!  My ex whom is probably my favorite person in the world is one.  As are 3 of my closest friends.  On the other hand, Gemini's have a tendency to drive me nuts in a good way.

Me: I need to go get make up but I am a little weirded out.

Gemini: As long as the Red Sox win, then everything will be fine.

That was the response I got from a friend of mine the other day.

The sun is in a different constellation now than when astrology was created a few thousand years ago.  Yup, the earth has moved a bit and the stars have changed. Astrology hasn't kept up to date.

4000 years ago... when this stuff was created, my sign was Scorpio (which is what I would normally look up in the newspaper under my birthdate).  But these days, 4000 years later, on my birthday, the sun is in Virgo.

So Tink, what do you recommend for me.  Should I go with Virgo or Scorpio?  I actually prefer to take the constellation Ophiuchus.  It too is in the ecliptic plane (the sun is in Ophiuchus from Nov 30 to Dec 17)... it also takes up a huge piece of the sky, more than some of the others.  But if it were included in the zodiac, we'd have 13 signs!  ;)

You know it is funny that you mention you didn't know that precession has made the old listings obsolete.  You would think that those who are professional "astrologers" might know this... since supposedly your life has some determination based on this information.

In any case, check out the Taurus listings and let me know if they don't suit you just as well! They are very good at that you know.
