My feet are killing me :)
She won't stop shopping, she has to go out every day, she can't seem to avoid any opportunity to wear her jewellery.
My inner woman is wrecking me :)
I give her an inch and she takes a foot.
Will someone tell her to give the rest of me a break :)
Have you thought about confiscating her credit card? ;D
J
It won't help, she rarely buys anything, she just likes to look at stuff most of the time.
teach her to shop online.
Nooooooo don't encourage her :)
I already live in fear of Amazon, and she discovered the Sears site the other day too.
Then you should get her some good shoes to save the feet.
Ahh eye sea, one of those...
Have you thought about blindfolding and tying her up?
That might slow her down and give you a break.
If not I might just have to join her as womens shopping is so much fun.

I used to love window shopping. I'd look for windows that had some nice stuff, plus a few silly boy things.
I was raised in good shoes, and taught to never buy cheap poorly thought out shoes.
The army made me appreciate a good pair of socks, and taught me to always respect my feet.
Sadly the doc tells me I suffer from 'lateral sheer stress' in the muscle in my feet in other words, an hour on them is worth 2, and if I walk a mile it is the same as 2. If I said I have walked for 3 hours it is 6 and if I walked 5 miles it was really 10. It's because everything is experienced as double the effort.
I likely should be on the bus with the old ladies. I'm not ready for that yet though. It's not about the destination, I am only walking for the walking.
As for being tied up, hmm wrong thread :)
I wish I had someone to shop with me. There's no fun finding something neat and no one to say 'hey look what I found' to.
I want to get rid of the credit card, but the wife keeps on saying we might need it. And then I go and use it and wonder, maybe I should ignore her and cut it up. Or maybe I should get rid of it, and tell her to get her own, and SHE can deal with the stress of not using it :)
Currently I am paying for my internet through it. I'm sure this is a mistake somewhere :)
I just want to clear the balance and get rid of it before I learn to buy clothing online.
Don't know if it's available where you are, but the best thing I ever did was get a pay as you go card.
Lots available. The one we both use has a small charge, a few pence, each time we use it. But apart from initially buying it, it's free. Best of all, we put in only what we want, online, then we can relax.
