Hi All,
Firstly I apologise for the nature of this question, but it has been playing on my mind for a while now and I actually think I will see my doctor about it in the near future.
Anyway, I realise most, if not every male has a red line running down the underside of his penis, which correct me if I'm wrong is called the Raphe?? line. Anyway, obviously I have one too, however about half way down mine gets to a sort of 't' shaped junction, with a reddish/purple line going out to the left and another one out to the right. I also notice when I push the skin together around these lines they wrinkle up a little bit and seem to be raised. I dunno, does this seem normal?? I know it's fairly hard to visulise, but my understanding is that a normal raphe, should be basically straight up and down.
I recently saw a urologist. While he was examing me...which by the way wasnt too awkward, he commented on how my Ralphe line was jagged and nt closed up very well. He said it could either be a result of not closing all the way while forming or that it could be that it got botched during circumcision. He said theres no way to tell though...and its a problem or anything.
He did express some concern about there not being enough material for a GRS surgeon, but a crooked ralphe line isnt an issue.
