I think it's generally "Whenever you look right." I passed into the so-called "Normal" weight band some months ago, but I still have a ring 'round my middle that hasn't shifted anywhere yet, so diet it is. :)

I'm 5'11" and 140. If I drop below 140 I start to look anorexic, and above 140 it all goes to my belly. I wish I could put some weight on my face though.

The only rule is there is no rule.

I am 5'7" and 225. I was 146 for like forever, then I got married and was over fed :)

I have large upper leg mass though. It isn't fat it is muscle. Muscle as we all know ways more.

So if you are very physical fitness, you need to remember, you want to Richard Simmons your self, not Arnold yourself.

My sister routinely complains about weight. She is drop dead good looking, but she works out a lot. Probably weighs 20 pounds more than she might just from muscle. Like I say, gorgeous, but when walking with her boyfriend, it is my sister the attacker better avoid hehe.

I second Lesley Roberta's post.

There are short squat women, tall beefy women, reedy women, petite women. If you are a woman, whatever shape you are is feminine because you are that shape.

I am 5 10 1/2 @ 185 lb, my weight has not change for the past 20 years  8)
I am very fit, and use my stature to call attention to myself >:-), and  to get respect from both genders  :police:...
if I am in a room you would not ignore me.  :-*...LOL
