I have a really wide back that carries a lot of muscle and fat, its's so manly and I HATE it! Will hormones, diet, and exercise help get rid of it? Iv'e read that if you want to be thin and not so buff you should do tons of cardio. Ive changed my diet and I am now a vegetarian, im also going to start long distance running will this help me with my problem? I need feedback from you ladies please and thank you! :)

Well, HRT should help with reducing muscle mass... How far you get will depend on how much of your back is based on your skeletal structure.
okay great, yea most of it is muscle and fat i dont really have a large skeletal frame.
Hrt will help with that. And just remember alot of female athletes have them too and lots of guys love it
