Sorry I haven't been on in a while. Just been busy and after talking with my therapist, I decided to change my girl name to Sabrina instead of Heaven. Like it much better anyway. But to the topic at hand...
I just got my first round of laser hair removal today and it was definitely painful at times but worth it. The smell of burnt hair was less than pleasant also. It was much worse because I gave blood right before. Won't do that again. For now, I'm just getting front of neck, chest and abdomen. They included a bunch of fancy skin care products I've never used before. Happy with the results thus far.
Good for you!!!
Although there is a few pertinent rules to lasing.
No tanning what so ever
Cannot take antiobotics while lasing
Use emla cream one hour before
Stay out of Sun light
No creams required its not a good idea to put chems
On your skin after
Just wash with soft cloth Gently with Luke warmnwater
Follow thru 100% while your hair is dark, I hope. Laser treatments are much easier than electrolysis.
It was kind of funny. The laser person asked if I go outside a lot and I said no. She then pointed to a large poster on the wall which said something along the lines of "NO SUN" or "AVOID THE SUN". I also never tan and if I am outside for long periods of time, I burn something fierce.
