I've been pretty lazy but my usual workout routine is 30 minutes or 10 miles of cycling three days a week. On the days I'm not doing cardio, I practice Kundalini Yoga. It's really simple and you become really flexible. I started doing it 10 years ago so it's hard to say how fast you'll see results. A lot of the poses are specifically designed to make someone look limber. They target the waist and lower back and butt while laying off the upper body. It's really relaxing and fun too!

Cardio at least 30 min everyday will help. I just run very slowly nearly everyday from my home to my office. It takes 35-55 min.

Couple that with brazillian butt lift exercises....
By the way, uhm... If an exercise has only three repetitions, it sounds likely that it focuses on strength, which would often increase muscle mass, no? Shouldn't you aim for lower rep, easier exercises?
