I'm posting way too much about this, but I am a very curious person, and curious what other guys experienced.
So last week I posted about starting T and feeling slightly ill. After an afternoon/evening, that completely passed, so yay!
But now I am wondering how many of you guys experienced practically nothing during the first week of T. I mean, I have been watching a lot of youtube videos, and of course no one reports major changes. But most of them do report more energy, more libido, a bigger appetite, a greasy skin and thus some acne and sometimes even downstairs growth.
Now I can safely say I have not experienced anything except maybe some sensitivity down there. But other than that, nothing, nada. It makes me wonder how normal this is, or if my dose is just way too low. I guess I'm just looking for a clue my T is getting absorbed, and my body is using it, instead of being one of the few guys in which T does nothing.
And yes, I know it's been barely a week, but I should notice -something-, right?
Many reports of "instant" reaction to hormones is wishful thinking. It takes a while for your body to react, to counteract your old hormones balance.
I started to write down any changes I was feeling from day one. I seem to recall that I did not notice any real changes the first week except my 'little man' was jumping around in my pants and my sex drive was thru the roof. That is about all the first couple of weeks.
I am sure that you will start getting some noticable changes soon.

Well I'm three weeks on, and honestly no concrete changes.
My sex drive, which was low before, is now completely nonexistent. I mean it's gone. I don't really mind, I guess, but I wasn't expecting that.
Skin is oilier (but then it's been hotter out, so...), and downstairs feels...odd. Uncomfortable, really. No growth though.
So, I hear ya. I want something to change already, dang it!
I have a bad memory when it comes to these things (wish I would have written a journal). The first week I remember feeling off...like I had an allergy flareup and my "little guy" was always hard. It wasn't pleasurable at all and sorta painful after awhile.
The only thing I noticed in the first week was downstairs growth. It was noticeable--not crazy, but enough that I was surprised. It didn't really affect my libido or appetite until later.
I didnt notice anything in the first week either, or even during the first month! I'm now 3 and a half months on T and I've only noticed a very little bit of body hair, a little bit of growth, and a more oily face. I think my dose is average, so I am wondering what is going on :-\
in my first week, I also noticed downstairs feeling weird. And anytime he would rub against my boxers (I was a bit bigger pre-t anyway), it would send weirdness throughout my body. It did hurt for a while. Still does every now and then. He did grow in the first week. I also noticed, though many of you may disagree with me, on the third day after the first shot (in november), my face HURT. It really hurt. I remember looking into a small mirror really close to my face, and I suddenly had tiny, tiny black hairs at the corners of my upper lip. I've ALWAYS had purely blonde hair there. Its been coming in a bit darker since, and I haven't shaved it since december but its been pretty lazy lately. Its obvious its there in light though.
