Hey guys, me again, like I said in my other post I'd be uploading pics to show you, here they are:

Does it look like it's receding or simply adjusting?

It looks fine in the pics. I'm sure you know our hairlines usually change a bit (Into the "M" shape) naturally with T and it's to be expected. From the pics it doesn't look like you're balding at all.

You don't look like you are balding at all, but if you are worried, try a 5,000 mcg biotin supplement daily.

nah, you cant base it on that, people on yahoo answers are all jerks and superficial, your hair looks like a normal male hairline, doesnt look receding.

Thanks ladies and gents
it is just thinning at the temples and I see less hair there
I'm excessively worried about this and it preoccupies all my thoughts. I'm obsessed with it :(

Male pattern baldness is a sex-linked gene that normally does not express itself in natal females.

The old adage was "Father to daughter to son."  So a natal male would like at their mother's father to see what their own MPB might look like, if they inherited the gene(s).

However, for a transman, who is taking testosterone, and having DHT in their body, you need to look at your biological father too

My mother's father died with a head full of hair at around 70, and my dad...well...he isn't entirely bald but has lost most of his hair, and he had a bald crown at about 30 >_< Since I am XX, does that mean I'll definitely look like my dad soon, even though I'm 20? O_O

Obsessions aren't healthy (I should know. I am obsessed with top surgery, lol). Seriously, if you were balding we'd tell you. When you get on T your hairline is going to change. Will you go bald eventually? We don't know. That's all in your genes and since you're XX you have to look at you father AND your mother's side. If it bothers you that much look into taking Propecia (or it's generic equivalent).

I've heard countless of times people saying they lose their sex drive permanently on Propecia and I have a somewhat below average male sex drive even on testosterone so that's a big con :(

There's your problem.

You look good, and I think your hairline looks great. Not receding at all. I wouldn't be worried if I were you.

So once hormones are started our natural hairlines begin to shape nicely like that? I've been shaving my hairline since I cut my hair because my natural hairline is quite awful, for a man or a woman. :/ I'd like for it to just change on its own.
