Is it just me or are biological male knees more "boney" and point out.
Well I think it depends on the person relay because at least to me everyone's looks largely the same
I am no expert but I think that because of the extra body fat women have in their lower bodies, the bones don't stick out as much.
Here is a link to an orthopedist's web site on the difference between men's and women's knees. http://www.ronaldwhitemd.com/ppt_13.asp (http://www.ronaldwhitemd.com/ppt_13.asp)
The differences tend to be that a woman's knee is at a more acute angle, the kneecap is smaller and less wide. This of course will vary from person to person and overall frame size prob has a lot to do with it.
Alexis I wouldn't worry about your knees too much nobody cares about that. We spend way too much time focusing on things that nobody cares about but us. :)

hmm that makes me wonder even more if I may be Inter-sexual. I have always been embarrassed about how much smaller my knees elbows and wrists are then most men my height.
My 2 year younger sister and I have pretty much the exact same legs and knees, last summer we were sitting together both wearing shorts and now that my legs are silky smooth I couldn't help but notice we have he same freckles, skin tone and shape...we both got a kick out of that :)
my feet are a bit bigger than hers of course.
Actually that interpretation is wrong, I think. Going by the drawing on the website, kneecaps aren't all that different; what's outlined is that the "cushion" behind the kneecap is thinner, leading to a kneecap that would stand out a bit less. Going by this drawing only, overall size doesn't change apart from that. Knees might just appear a bit smaller because they lean more in the inside. Of course since women generally have a smaller frames than men, it sounds likely that knees follow, but for the same size, that should be it.
Now if there's additional info NOT depicted there, I'm sorry. I might have massively misunderstood, too, but. Well, I hope not.
misschievous: Be happy! (Or I'll steal them. Somehow. I'll find a magic spell.)
I don't think my knees have ever gotten me clocked, and I wear shorts all the time in the summer.
