I am on a different protocol (still!) from most of the members here.  I would rate my Tanner stage at XIV.  8)

Time: so many years that my boobs have headed south for good!   :D

So stick with it, GYLF!

That's not encouraging! Are you saying they just keep growing ??? D:
In for a penny, in for a pound?
If they get too large, remember there's always reductive options.

No, it means I am old enough that my boobs are saggy, gravity has had its way with my body, such that the nipples that used to look out at the world are now looking at the floor, SOUTH, until I get in my bra.

But facetious Tanner XIV --> means my glands, ducts and everything are VERY ready.

After 7 months I have a solid 36 B. My hips have gotten very wide, while my butt is just puffy, but not big.

Well, hormones work diffenrently according to metanolism: the healthier you are the  quicker they grow.

:-)

Better to grow too big, then too small, you can always reduce, but to enlarge, lots more money and lots more risk.

At 4 years of E, still at Tanner IV, but a B cup that depends on the bra as to whether I fill it out or not.  My B is equal to one sister, and slightly ahead of the other one. Obesity in my other relatives negates comparison.  Your family genetics will play a part in the overall outcome.

Guess I'm healthy then.  My right is starting to fill a B pretty good at not even 5 months, left is still chasing.

I'm with the OP though.  At the rate my girls are going, I'm a little concerned...  I hoped to top out at a B.

By 16 I was an A cup, a bit too much to hide. I started hormones at 17 and developed to a B. (SRS at 24). At 27 I had augmentation to a C. At 62 I had developed to a D and had to have the original implants replaced so I went to a DD. I also added progesterone to my HRT and am currently overflowing a DD bra. No complaints  ::)

So yes, in my experience, they keep growing!

One happy 'customer'. Interesting to know your implants lasted so long.

girl you look fierce, you can always lower your HRT dosage if you're worried about too much feminisation.

GYLF, you know that I think there is a good chance you may have a form of AIS.  It can be that estradiol for you is like nitro in a dragster.

I have related before that I had gynecomastia since I was a young teen.  When I was one HRT - a blocker and low dose of 17-beta extradiol in patches, my boobs exploded during those six months.  Since I had to go off hrt, they receded somewhat, but the glandular tissue has remained.  And it continues to slowly increase.  It is sort of like the switch did not turn off all the way.

I am happy with that, though I think I would really like to get on to a full transitional dosage.  No such luck for now.

Now they are basically tanner IV or V, between a 34B and 34C cup and I'm just wondering what to expect, I'm happy with the size they are now, so do you think by the time they reach this stage they could mostly be done growing? Or did other people find that they kept growing past that point (tanner IV or V). In general, what kind of growth timeline did you go through?

By 2 years HRT in 1995 I was a nice solid B cup.  Didn't know anything about Tanner back then but probably a V.  My sisters were about that big and my mother was about a C cup, although overweight then.

I remained like this until last year when I went onto a different kind of HRT and grew out to a DD.  So they can always change depending on the circumstances.  Hoping they don't grow any more.  Bigger breasts aren't helpful when doing strenuous exercise and are harder to fit into some clothes, but other than that they are great now and it's like I've had a boob job without the surgery or cost  ;D

Well crap, here I am seemingly stuck at a very small A and there's people on here not wanting theirs to grow much.

I am 2 years and 2 months into HRT. Mine are bigger than a A cup but not a full B cup yet. I hope to get a B cup by the end of it, but any growth has been very slow.

I hardly get ever get any fat on any part of my body, I have always been very thin. While most females envy that I am thin, my chest is fairly flat.
