This past week I've woken up with the morning wood a couple times as well as gotten some random ones during the day. Mind you, I wasn't thinking or dreaming anything related to that (if anything, airplanes). Mind you, I've been on for ~4 months, and I haven't had one unpurposefully for over 2. Is it normal? Is the body rejecting the AA now/gotten too used to it? (androcur) Is it the E kicking in now?
The body still has a tendency to run occasional "diagnostic checks."

No, more like how all the warning lights come on when you first start the car.
That happens to me too sometimes, but very rarely.
I guess there really is nothing to worry about.
Random erections in men isn't always due to sexual arousal..
I think with us we might not know our triggers after hrt...
And the body does need to do its own self cleaning ...
Blood flow through the penis does just that...so

When I first started hrt it seemed like my libido skyrocketed but now I only get an erection when I actively try to. Like a cold engine I have to slowly get warmed up each time now.
I rarely ever get an erection anymore, but then again, I don't want one and find it annoying when one randomly 'pops up' :P
The past week sucked. At work, on the bus, eating dinner with friends...
The bus i can kind of understand, since its not quite the smoothest form.of transportation. I guess kind of like the horse for cis G's.
I've noticed this last week or two that early morning my dreams become semi-erotic and i notice that i have some sort of action down below. Not a full on erection but some response. I'm pinning it down to my body re-adjusting hormone levels ( i briefly increased my E from 2 to 3 patches for one cycle), could be the same for you? Let me know if your still getting problems down there
I've been on HRT for 19 years and surgically castrated ten years ago, I'm turning 70 August 3rd and still get a real hard woodie due to early morning hydraulics, meaning it's time to get up and pee. I also get them when my wife touches it though I have very little T in my system, so the best bet to be entirely rid of them is to have SRS. Other than that it will happen, get used to it.
I still get random ones, yes. Though they usually go away within 5 minutes (if on a bus) or 2 if other places.
