Soy is known for this.  However, I doubt any foods or supplements would be really helpful in this regard to be honest.  I'm a vegetarian and have had lots of soy foods and soy milk over the years; it didn't do much for me.   You're young so I really wouldn't worry too much.  Once you are able to start hrt you will be fine.

The vegetable foods that have the estrogens have the phyto-estrogens.  These are weaker estrogen molecules known as estriols.  There are many varients of both the estrogens and the androgens.  Most of which is non-receptive in most persons.  Some of the phyto-estrogens will attach more easily to your estrogen receptors, but be less effective in performance.  It is a good idea to keep from using the herbal suppliments while on HRT.  I tried the suppliments plus breast massage for a year, but all it did to me is make matters worse.

I remember hearing about grapefruit and some kind of cabbage, but that might be about something else.

I do agree with Joelene, though. it's probably not as effective as you might think it be.

I DO know that some milk is laced with estrogen, or similar hormones, but I really don't think that's safe.

Grapefruit taken with the HRT may cause it to lose its effectiveness for a more chemical reason.  Hormones given to livestock in meat and dairy products is forbidden here in the US.  However, the meat I get these days says on the back that it is the product of the US, Canada, Mexico or Central America for the cheaper cuts.  The ground beef has all 4 listed at times.  The expensive "primo" cuts the stores sells as their top of the line do usually say it is a US meat item only.  As for coming from Mexico or Central America, those places do not have the regulation enforcement the US and Canada have.  That kind of hormone is a powerful synthetic type of the kind as the DES pregnant women in the 40's, 50's, and 60's were given to prevent miscarriages.
