I have trouble finding underwear (panties) that have a wider crotch (gusset) to minimize" fallout". So far, I have found "Bali Freeform" style 2142 to have a wide gusset. Are there other styles you may have found to be "accommodating" in this area?

These are the only two styles of underwear that i use and I have yet to have any wardrobe malfunctions either.
Ditto on Hanes. I'm wearing some plain old Hanes "Her Way" high-legs and they have plenty of room for everything. They were a bit baggy in the backside before a few washings, though. My best tucking panties are some high waist control panties from Vickie's Secrets.
la senza :)
The fronnt area doesn't need to be that large if ou tuck you P-thing :-) down the back. That's why Thongs work for tucking, they have a very small crotch area and even underneath and you'd never think they'd hold anything, but they do. If you by one size to small thongs with lots of lycra, there's little chance anything will slip out.
It has been my experience that with thongs and other smaller cut underwear that they do not hold things in place for an extended period of time. And usually something moves throughout the day and the tight fabric either cuts off circulation or digs into to certain areas. this is what led me to purchasing the the underwear i spoke or earlier. Yes, I tuck back as well ;) Since switching styles of underwear i am no longer going to the bathroom to constantly adjust either myself or the underwear. Maybe i am just retarded in the underwear realm and have been doing it wrong this whole time :)
Its not the P-thing I have problems with it his two friend and there package. They just don't fit in thongs with a very small crotch area.
Oh my I said that. :embarrassed:
I like the hipsters and low rise the best. I have found that the full briefs usually have the widest crotch but I don't like them as well.

That is exactly what I was referring to. ty for clearing that one up Jillian lol
If you put the testes in the cavities where they came from initially (back to their maker) and use the rest of skin to hold them there when the P-diddly doo ;-) is stretched back into the unmentionnable darkness :D, there's not much left outside, at least in my case.
If you don't do that I undestand that there is not enough space in a thong.
I do the same thing to put on very very skimpy bikini bathing suit bottoms (though then I have to tape myself with surgical tape or it will not hold in water).
we are doing the same procedure with the tuck but the extra skin is what becomes a problem for me. briefs are the way for me if i plan on being comfortable all day long.
Sorry I have tried that but they are too big to fit all in, let alone stay up in that cavity. :embarrassed:

Hanes all the way. I have comfort soft style, briefs, hi-cuts, bikinis and hipsters. I have found the Hi-cuts and hipsters have the widest crotch area. But I can fit into thongs the best, especially if the cotton/lycra lining isnt sewn towards the front as it creates a pocket to hold everything. I am inclined to try out the chiffon & opaque panties someday, maybe I am missing something are those two materials similar?
Like wise Jilliean. I've found Barely There 2803 briefs 10/11 work fairly well. My "twins" won't stay up in place either. Hernia surgery kinda reduced access to the "cavity whence they came" :embarrassed: I agree Renae, it's nice to be comfortable all day long. :)
Mindy the most famous brand name associated with spandex is Lycra. Spandex or elastane is a synthetic fiber known for its exceptional elasticity (stretchability). It is stronger and more durable than rubber, its major non-synthetic competitor.
Chiffon is a lightweight sheer material with a slightly rough feel to it. It can be made from cotton, silk or synthetic fibers, but is usually associated with silk or nylon. Chiffon can be dyed to almost any shade desired, however if made from polyester it is difficult to dye.
Opaque is actually a material, impenetrable to visible light.
So no the materials are not similar in the least.
Oh I got this definitions off of wikipedia.org
:)

I just use my wife's Victoria's Secret panties. They work well for me. No problems.
Thanks for all the replies. They are helpful and woth looking into.

I am 41 with no surgeries to deal with but what I do is wear the boy short hipsters and tuck the junk way under nice and tight. I am then able to acheive a girlish no bulge.
I just recently purchased a set of breast forms and tried them out today. Oh my what a difference. They feel so soft!!
Anyway, tucking the stuff under and then pulling the hipsters up tight seems to work. I do also wear panty hose which I am sure also helps keep things in place.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Karen
I agree Karen, panty hose really keeps things in place.Especially PH with a control top. I use mediun support hose (Nice Touch from Sears) when I workout to keep things in place and give my leg circulation a lift.

Now if I could only find panties with the "room " of Bali Free Form 2142 , with the band and material of Barely There 2803 full brief, I think it would be the perfect undie for me.

I like bikini knickers myself, feeling the soft material on my bum. I haven't had a lot of problems with things coming out, but tucking them back into whence they came hurts after a while for me. Does anybody else have this problem?

Why dont you try hipster pans or nylon ones or even "girl" boxers?
I cannot put them"whence they came either" due to hernia surgery on both sides. that's why I need undies with "accommodating" room.

Hi Jamiee,
I agree with a lot of the girls here. Hanes are the best. I wear the basic Hanes women's cotton briefs or Hanes Women's Elegance Nylon Brief, size 8 and I'm sure they would take care of your concerns.
I use ether small ( size 5 ) string bikini or I do have some commercially made gaffs, which I like. I also use a panty girdle. Tape works at times but it is hard to use the bathroom.
