So i decided to quit smoking after too many years of it. Im wondering if anyone has any suggestions for keeping patches (either the quit smoking or estrogen type) on when working out especially when they seem to come off when just sitting around the apartment.
Some folks will put a big breathable bandaid over the top of the patch. Depends on the size. My patches were by Climara, and were supposed to be worn for 7 days. They made me itch, so I moved them after 4 days, to a new location on my butt.

I don't know much about smoking, but my mom has to use pain patches for her back, and she just ace bandages them or uses medical tape while she's working out. Good luck!
I found that it helped that BEFORE I put them on I would take a shower and then I wiped the area with alcohol making the area completely dry and clean and this made them stick much better for the whole week, much better than they did any other way than I did before, and then to get any stickiness that I had from removing them I used mineral oil, which I removed with the shower.
