Title: summer binder sweat...
Post by: spacerace on June 26, 2013, 04:00:19 PM
....is now in full force

Ugh.

I know putting an undershirt on before the binder might help, but that seems so uncomfortable

Have you tried something like Gold Bond powder? I find it definitely helps. It doesn't eliminate it, especially since I am mad sweaty, but it makes it easier.

I use corn starch, also doesn't get rid of it but helps.

I sweat so much in Taekwon-do that even my belt ends up soaked. Yup, nothing helps and there's never the option to halfass a Taekwon-do workout in my book so sweaty belts it is! Lol.

Summer binder sweat is the worst. Until top surgery, I'm all about Winter time! Haha!

Yep, you know it's bad when you can take it off and wring it out.

Yummy.

Anyone else get itchy (in curtain sweaty places) because of it, or is it just me?
This has been before and after using starch. That's the biggest improvement I've had from it...takes longer to become itchy.

Gold bond has a spray I say get a Nike dri-fit undershirts carry the spray around and go at it when you become uncontrollably sweaty.
