Hey, I haven't been on these forums in some time and I need some help.
I ordered two packers from Sinthetics.com and they're half a year late, with no word/responses from the owner. I'd like to report this as fraud but I'm not sure how to. Could anyone help? I lost about $400 on this.

Oh snap..if you paid thu paypal you may have a case. Other then that not sure man.. thats pretty lame tho. Damn people!!!!!
I did order through PayPal. Do you know if there are any steps I can take from here?
I think paypal may have deadline on these things. You should check with them.

One of the head guys (Bronwen; the same dude who usually does customer replies) is on pretty regularly. Has an account and everything. Also, you might be able to ask about wait times there, as it seems to be a common problem here of late (see this guy's review: http://ourdollcommunity.com/forum/index.php?topic=4977.0 (http://ourdollcommunity.com/forum/index.php?topic=4977.0) where he talks about wait time and folks fill him in on the fact that this may be due in part to rising demand and lots of illnesses w/i the staff and their families, not to mention how the roof of the workshop collapsed and stuff got ruined, etc. This one other link gives some info re the recent illnesses; the roof collapse was earlier this year: http://ourdollcommunity.com/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=ml8h3q9k9e6gr1u4tl82534586&topic=5156.0 (http://ourdollcommunity.com/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=ml8h3q9k9e6gr1u4tl82534586&topic=5156.0) ) Just try that first. Not that there is any excuse for you to wait THIS long without a reply/any kind of contact. But I do know that they are usually reputable, which makes me think that something is wrong here.

He's the only person I know who's ordered and received a Sinthetics packer. He already has answered a ton of questions about his experience, so you might want to check those first, but maybe he can tell you a little more in-depth about the wait time. Ask him especially about this question he answered:

So it seems like six months isn't too "out there." They SHOULD have told you to expect that wait time, though. And kept in touch with you about your product. Though I guess with all that's been happening, they messed up and fell behind :-\
