Title: Steam Summer Sale 2013
Post by: jamielikesyou on July 15, 2013, 09:05:25 PM
What did you buy? What will end up sitting on your hard drive unplayed until the next summer sale

Picked up a lot that I've embarrassingly not played yet:

Fallout 3/New Vegas
Alan Wake
Deus Ex Human Revolution
Mirror's Edge

Debating on Sins of a Solar Empire or Dishonored next then I need to stop spending. Missing the developer packs like last year (think I picked up the THQ and 2kgames one last year.)

I got Sins of Solar Empire Trinity and Torchlight 2. I'm tempted to buy Baldurs Gate Enhanced Edition and Two Worlds 2.

I love Torchlight 2. Would love to get the reissued Baldur's Gate but heard it is very buggy. Hopefully they patched it up by now (would rather play it on Ipad eventually tbh.)

New day, less money. Sleeping Dogs on for $6 and change. I'm supposed to be saving for surgery lol :/

I wish Brave New World (the Civ V DLC) would go on sale for closer to $10-15, but unfortunately I think it's too new for that.  :icon_sniff:

Fallout 3 and New Vegas are great (I enjoyed the latter more), have fun with those!

I would try torchlight 2 or the new bioshock because they look very beautiful, but lately I never even finish the first level of games, so they would have to be supa cheap.

I am having a whirl with Torchlight 2. I originally had Torchlight for the Xbox which was also a blast. I'm not certain about the bugs for Baldurs Gate. I thought that's what they had touched upon, fixing the bugs of its original, among other improved things. I would also like to play it on the Ipad, but i doubt my sisters going to let me barrow hers :/. I have yet to play Sleeping Dogs, its on my renting list for Xbox. I'm tempted to grab Castle Crashers and Orcs Must Die 2 now... Let's see if i can find an alternative way of getting them...  :eusa_whistle:

Welp, there it is, Baldur's Gate up for $4.99. Fallout: New Vegas for $2.49.

Oooh, and FTL for real cheap too, I love that game.

I'm getting Baldurs Gate. I cannot believe this coincidence. My sister said i could use her Ipad for the day while she's out. I was going to purchase Baldurs Gate for the Ipad but i just found out it got pulled from the App Store :(

Amnesia: The Dark Descent
XCOM: Enemy Unknown
Tomb Raider: Survival Edition + all the other DLC.
Final Fantasy VII

Those are all I got, and all I think I will get. There isn't much else which interests me. I don't play as much as I used to. Which is ironic since I have more free time.

Since I joined Steam in 2010, this is the first year I haven't bought anything.  My hormone budget just takes so much more priority.

Good thing for Korean F2P timesucks!
